Ageröd peat bog, Scania, Sweden
Agerödsbjär
The site was excavated 22-28 May 2010 by Björn Nilsson (Södertörn University) and Arne Sjöström (Lund university) with students from Södertörns högskola, Stockholm.
The site is called Agerödsbjär and is situated on small rock at the border of Ageröd peat bog. On the top of the rock a lot of knapped flints have been found. A large number of them are burned.
You can read about the excavation in the excavation diary (Ageröd dagbokssidor, in swedish) here.
